General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease a minimum of 7,326 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet in Mt. Holly, NJ: State: New Jersey City: Mt. Holly Delineated Area: NORTH: Route 537/Monmouth SOUTH: Highway 70 EAST: Route 206 WEST: Route 73 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,326 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,692 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Per local code Parking Spaces (Surface): -- Parking Spaces (Structured): -- Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: -- Additional Requirements: •1) Space must contiguous on a single floor •2) If the space is located above the ground floor, the floor must be served by at least two (2) passenger elevators. •3) Space must be proximate to public transportation Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
