- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: FL City: FT. MYERS Delineated Area: NORTH: DR. MARTIN LUTHER MARTIN KING BLVD./HIGHWAY82; SOUTH: DANIELS PARKWAY SOUTH/STATE ROAD; WEST: SUMMERLIN ROAD/HIGHWAY 41; EAST: INTERSTATE 75 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,944 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,944 Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): 68 Parking Spaces (Surface): 68 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 5 Additional Requirements: Space must meet or be adapted to meet agency specific requirements. Offered space must allow for an effective and efficient layout. Space should accommodate a layout on no more than a single floor plate. The building must have a loading area either with double doors or an overhead door, or the space to provide the door, to accommodate receipt and pickup of pallet size loads. The truck loading /unloading area can be at the same grade as the space offered. The space must be able to accommodate two separate entrances. The entrance designated for the public, must be located more than 300 walk able feet from any school (K-12). Offered space will require two (2) reserved parking spaces at the site. Parking for fifty (39) employees and sixty (27) visitors must be available for free or at reasonable commercial rates within ¼ of a mile walking distance from the offered space. Public transportation, commuter rail, light rail or bus stop located within the vicinity of the building but generally not exceeding a 1/2 walkable mile along a designated pathway. The public transportation must run during regular business hours with a set schedule. Intervals of service shall be no less than two (2) hours per visit to the vicinity of the offered space. Other requirements apply and will be addressed in the Request for Lease Proposals and Lease. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
