- Model Contract Section K - Representations & Certifications DD Form 254 - Contract Security Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) Task Order 0002 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Task Order 0001 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) IDIQ Statement of Objectives (SOO) Initial Announcement The objective of the SOCRATES program is to perform modeling, analysis, simulation, development, fabrication, characterization, testing, evaluation, demonstration and conceptualization of radio frequency and electro-optical subsystem, component, device and material technologies for air and space sensor applications including Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Automatic Target Recognition, Electronic Warfare and Infrared Countermeasure (IRCM) systems. The objective of SOCRATES will be realized by individual task order projects with well-defined and focused objectives, resources and periods of performance. To meet these objectives, a successful SOCRATES performer will need capability and expertise in component and subsystem theory, modeling and simulation, integration, advanced packaging and integrated circuit technology, and component and subsystem testing and demonstration.
