- The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to award a Purchase Order to a Hotel that will accommodate the following Meeting Requirements to be held in Denver, Colorado from May 11, 2014 through May 16, 2014. Meeting Requirements: 3- Star or higher hotel rating offering government per diem and, w/ business center, airport transportation services and walking distance to many restaurants, stores and shops, comfortable sleeping quarters (2) Guest per room. No meeting signage of any kind. Meeting Room #1 Main U-Shaped meeting room w/two (2) keys that is secure and separate w/ 24 hour access to the secure break out room. MUST seat thirty-five (35) people. AV Requirements Specifications Required: Projector Screen LCD Projection Devices, Podium with Microphone, HS Wireless Internet, AV Technician and Food and Beverage Services. Meeting Rom #2 Administrative Room/Office or an Executive Suite w/two (2) keys close to the main meeting needed from Sunday, May 11, 2014 through Friday, May 16, 2014. MUST seat ten (10) people w/ 2-person tables and chairs to be used as computer tables/desks have 24-hour access. AV Requirement Specifications Required: Complimentary HS Wireless Internet, Color Copier and Supplies. Place of Performance: Denver, CO. Dates: May 11 through 16, 2014 Length of Stay: 6 Days / 5 Nights Number of Guest: 30 & Number of Rooms: 281 (Customer will submit arrival schedule and guest rooming list to begin Sunday, 11 May 2014, (30) Doubles and (3) Doubles needed on Saturday.) Government Tax Exempt: Yes meeting room rental fees & A/V equipment Award will be determined using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.103 Requirement/Customer Introduction The NAICS is 721110 HOTELS (EXCEPT CASINO HOTELS) AND MOTELS with Size Standard of $30M.
