- Sole Source Synopsis: USPFO of Colorado intends to award a contract to Stadium Management Company for advertising at Broncos' home games as well as advertising at the Colorado High School Game of the week program. This procurement is being made pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) 1 and FAR Part 6.302-1, for other than full and open competition; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. See attached Sole source J&A for additional details. There are no other known sources that can provide the resources that are unique to this requirement in the required timeframe. All interested sources must respond not later than 31, July 2013, 0900 hours MST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
