Description

This Pre-solicitation notice seeks a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Firm for Firm-Fixed Price/Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Service contract. All offerors are to provide all labor, supervision, management, equipment, materials, transportation, facilities and incidental engineering necessary to maintain the HVAC, Fire Protection and Electrical at the Marine Corps Reserve Training Centers at Kansas City, MO and Omaha, NE. COORDINATION WITH THE CUSTOMER IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROJECT. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITAION BUT SYNOPSIS NOTIFICATION. NAICS CODE 238220. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON, OR AROUND THE WEEK OF MAY 7, 2014. DAVID BACON WAGE RATES WIL APPLY. The period of performance for this contract includes a base year plus four (4) option years. The financial magnitude of this project is between 500,000 and 1,500,000. THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE AS A 100% TOTAL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN ONED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ALL OTHER OFFERS WILL BE REJECTED. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD ON MAY 15TH, 2014.
