TOURNAMENT DATES: * June 7-8 Member/Guest Tournament * July 19-20 Tri-City Open Championship Tournament * August 23-24 AEDC Club Championship WHAT DOES BEING A SPONSOR MEAN? Commercial Sponsorship is a monetary and /or in-kind fee paid to an event manager/producer. In return, sponsors receive access to the exploitable commercial potential, such as public recognition or advertising promotions associated with the property, event and so forth. The goal of a company or brand is to build a link in the target audiences' minds between the sponsor and a valued organization or event. Arnold AFB Sponsorship is a high profile vehicle to enhance your corporate image and raise your visibility among Aerospace professionals. Arnold Golf Course is open to the public and would be an excellent opportunity to gain recognition for your business. We have several different options for sponsoring one, two, or all three of the golf tournaments, and would be happy to put together a plan that is a right fit for your company. BENEFITS OF BEING A SPONSOR • Pre-event publicity and advertising • Event, Print, Web and Facebook Recognition • Vendor Table/Booth for promotional opportunity and sampling (No alcohol or tobacco) • Sponsor logo on signage, posters, banners, etc. • Event Signage/Banner Display (Your company provides) • Event recognition at the event: "Sponsored in part by..." • VIP Benefits particular to the event • Knowing all money goes towards Airmen and families SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS • Monetary support • Gift Certificates • Prizes (resort stays, overnight accommodations, electronics, etc.) • Transportation services or equipment • Exclusive sponsorship for a single event (This is based largely upon the budgetary needs for underwriting the event, and will vary from event-to-event.)
