Description

The Naval Air Systems Command awarded sole source delivery order 0002, under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-14-G-0017 including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items and option line items to procure an approximate quantity of 30 AN/SRQ-4 maintenance assist modules (MAMS) kits in support of the FY12-FY16 CDL Hawklink AN/SRQ-4 production systems with L-3 Communications, Communication Systems- West, of Salt Lake City, UT. The anticipated effort was awarded on a sole-source basis to L-3 Communications-CSW in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, 'Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,' because L-3 is the current manufacturer of the MH-60 CDL Hawklink system and the only company with the necessary data and capability to perform these efforts for the H-60 CDL Hawklink system in a cost effective and timely manner.
