- RFQ SP7000-14-Q-1012 BPA-PWS DLA DS has a requirement to perform a Requirements Analysis on the DTIC Document Input System. (See attached RFQ SP7000-14-Q-1012) This Solicitation will be competed against the four (4) established DLA Document Services, DACS BPA's. BPA SP7000-14-A-0001 iDOX Solutions BPA SP7000-14-A-0002 EAI Business Solutions BPA SP7000-14-A-0003 Acuity Systems BPA SP7000-14-A-0004 E-3 Enterprises If any vender is interested in establishing a DLA Document Service DACS BPA (See attached BPA-PWS), please contact Susan Rapoza and Chad Spittle by May 15, 2014 to be added to the List if Interested Venders. Vender will be given further instructions by May 30, 2014 as to what needs to be submitted for technical review.
