- PR 0052918012 NSN 156-01-604-8682 Issue Date: May 27, 2014 Close Date: June 27, 2014 BEAM, AIRCRAFT This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 13 each for stock. No Option is included. This Solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside The solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. This is a Critical Application Item. Configuration Control and Export Control Restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. FOB: Origin I/A: Origin This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. PRLI 0001 QTY 13 Ship to New Cumberland PA 17070 Delivery is 180 days for the FAT sample, 180 days for Testing and Evaluation, and 290 days for the Production Quantity for a Total Delivery of 650 Days. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
