- This solicitation is for the installation of Artificial Turf at Building 80H at Naval Station Great Lakes. The NAICS for this procurement is 238990 and is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The size standard for this NAICS code is $14 million. Wage Determination IL 1400008 02/14/2014 IL 8 The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, transportation, supervision, necessary design, material, equipment and performing all operations in connection with the task of installing a synthetic/artificial sports turf over an existing indoor hardwood gym floor. The Site Visit is scheduled for May 20th at 9:00 am Central Time. Base passes will be required. Please submit the form in the Instructions to Offerors to joseph.loersch@navy.mil if you plan on attending. Closing date for the proposals is June 9, 2014 at 2:00 PM. This is a negotiated procurement, using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process on the Best Value Continuum in accordance with FAR 15.101-2 that will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract. The Government anticipates a contract award for this project in July 2014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990, All Other Specialty Trade Contractors, with a size standard of $14 million dollars. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is between $90,000 and $140,000. The contract duration is 180 calendar days from date of award.
