- Description
- A $200 million Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) supporting the Health Facilities Division of Air Force Medical Services. The contract performance period includes a one-year base and two one-year options. This 8(a) set-aside contract provides sustainment, repair and modernization support to facility physical plant and infrastructure systems that are installed in Air Force medical treatment facilities nationwide. There are over 420 buildings totaling 13.6 million square feet on 59 CONUS medical campuses within the AFMS. The physical plant is best defined as any and all major building system(s) that provide a safe, comfortable interior environment conducive to healing. Typically, there are three predominant infrastructure systems which comprise the facility physical plant; the Building Envelope, the Mechanical Infrastructure and the Electrical Infrastructure. Three contractors were selected as MATOC holders. These contractors are 1) TMG Services, 2) Aerostar SES LLC, and 3) Zieson Construction. The initial task order was for the resolution of infrastructure deficiencies at Travis AFB, California. TMG Services was awarded the initial task order in the amount of $6,158,000.
