- U.S. Government Expressions of Interest Sought General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: NY City: NEW YORK-RICHMOND Delineated Area: North - Richmond Terrace West - Route 440 South - I-278 East - bay street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3623.0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3804.15 Space Type: Office (3623 USF ABOA) Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): 13 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 60 Firm Term: 24 Soft Term: 36 Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Offered space shall not be in the none year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies Office (3623 USF ABOA), Warehouse (0 USF ABOA), Storage (0 USF ABOA), Other (0 USF ABOA), Land (0 USF ABOA), Wareyard (0 USF ABOA) and related space in a building under lease in NEW YORK-RICHMOND, NY. The current lease will be expiring [Lease Expiration Date]. The Government is considering relocating to alternative space, if such a move is determined to be economically advantageous to the Government. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government’s requirements and the costs likely to be incurred through relocating; physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
