Description

The National Institutes of Health, Office of Research and Division of Radiation Safety intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with LabLogic Systems, Inc in order to obtain proprietary software and hardware for Hidex's 300SL Liquid Scintillation Counters. In order to maintain the already purchased equipment, the purchase of the compatible software and supplies is necessary. This includes the Stacker for Hidex 300SL, automation server for MikroWin2000, the MikroWin user license, the installation and calibration. RESPONSES THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION ACTION IS FOR ITEMS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER AUTHORITHY OF FAR 6.302-1. INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED CONTRACT ACQUISITION BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THE NOTICES IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALLY BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
