- The purpose of this amendment is to correct the Closing Response Date to 20 May 2014, 2:00 PM, EST. This pre-solicitation notice synopsizes the requirement for Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Program Executive Office for Command and Control Capabilities (PEO C2C), Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) Program Management, Project Management and Technical Support Services. The objective of these services is to support the MNIS PMO leadership in fully integrating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of MNIS PMO program management and project management support processes, and to provide technical assistance principally by supplying network and systems engineering expertise. The key guidelines to achieving this objective include Department of Defense INSTRUCTION (DoDI) - INTERIM, 5000.02, "SUBJECT: Operation of the Defense Acquisition System," November 25, 2013; Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (OUSD(AT&L)) Better Buying Power memoranda; a DISA-approved DISA Enterprise Service Management Information Technology (IT) Service Management Framework (DESMF); "The Standard for Program Management," Project Management Institute (PMI); and, "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge PMBOK Guide)" PMI.
