- Description
- USSOCOM, The Special Operation Research, Development, and Acquisition Center Program Executive Officer for Fixed Wing Programs, has a requirement for the design, integration, and installation of a Radio Frequency Countermeasures (RFCM) system into the AC/MC-130J. The Government intends to release the DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) documents incrementally, as is outlined below. Phase I (7 May 2014): Draft Statement of Work, Draft Security Classification Guide, Draft Contract Line Item Numbers structure, and Industry Day Questions and Answers. Feedback for phase I is requested NLT one (1) week after posting, but is required NLT 20 May 2014. Phase II (To Be Determined): Section L -900, Instructions to Offerors, Section M-900, Basis for Contract Award and Incentive Plan. Feedback as a result of the release of phase II is requested NLT one (1) week after posting, but is required NLT 23 May 2014. Tentatively, the FINAL RFP release is scheduled for July 2014.
