Description

Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct Solicitation N00421-14-T-0307 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Thomson Reuters, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). The requirement is to renew subscription of Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct Fundamental Plus Global. Thomson Reuters is the software publisher and the only known source who can furnish the required FTP file data format that is compatible to the NMCI workstations and can be downloaded in a size that an NMCI computer can accept. Accepting proposals for Exact Match Only (MFR/Part Number, Model Number, etc...). ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Please see attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 14 May 2014 at 0900 EST. The Government will not pay for any information received.
