Description

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Occupational Health (FOH) has a requirement for parking at the Bethesda Crescent Building, 7475 Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 7 Bethesda, MD, 20814, for Federal employees at the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) national office. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Imperial Parking (US), Inc. for this requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Imperial Parking (US), Inc., is the only parking vendor located onsite in the same building as the national office. Parking within the Bethesda Crescent Building provides convenience for FOH Federal employees, especially for those physically challenged FOH Federal employees that cannot walk long distances to the building. This is a proposed simplified acquisition action for supplies under FAR Part 12 with only one source. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
