Description
STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 3.2 TASK REQUIREMENTS: Requirement for this task is to purchase an Automated Stencil Printer 3.2.1 Requirement: The contractor shall provide an Automated Stencil Printer that meets the following requirements. 01. Process Alignment Repeatability and Accuracy must be 12.5 um at 6 Sigma, Cpk ≥ 2. 02. Wet Print Deposit Accuracy must be 25 um at 6 Sigma, Cpk ≥ 2. 03. Cycle time shall be less than 13 seconds. 04. Maximum Print area shall be 20" x 20" or larger. 05. Minimum print area shall be 2" x 2" or less 06. Operating system: If the currently available system runs on an earlier version other than Windows 7, the contractor shall upgrade the system when Windows 7 or later version of the operating system is available without any additional cost. 07. Board edge clearance shall be < 4 mm with edge clamping (snugger system). 08. Stencil Frame Size must be 29" x 29" with adapters for smaller size. 09. Snap off distance shall be 0 to 6 mm. 10. Print pressure shall be < 20 kg. 11. Stencil Cleaning System must include Dry Bottom Clean, Wet Bottom Clean and Vacuum Aperture Clean. Any of the above listed steps must be performed over the entire area in one pass. 12. Cleaning Process must be completed in less than 10 wipes (passes). 13. Automated Inspection / Verification vision system must be able to recognize SMEMA standard fiducial markings and auto align. 14. Vision Field of View shall be > 10.6mm x 8 mm. 15. System shall have automatic bottom board support. 16. Overall machine dimensions shall be as follows: a. Height < 210 cm b. Width < 150 cm c. Depth < 180 cm 17. Power requirements shall be as listed below: a. Phase Single Phase b. Voltage 115V or 220 V ±10% c. Maximum Current 20 Amps 3.2.2 Delivery: The contractor shall deliver the Automated Stencil Printer to the following address within 16 weeks of award. Defense Microelectronics Activity 4234 54th Street McClellan Park, CA 95652. Upon delivery, the Automated Stencil Printer will be visually inspected by DMEA for any physical product defects from shipping or otherwise. If any product defects are recognized during such inspection, these conditions will be noted, the shipment will be rejected, and the contractor will be notified of such for the purpose of product replacement. 3.2.3 Installation and User Training The contractor shall provide equipment delivery and installation for the Automated Stencil Printer identified above. The contractor shall provide complete installation of the Automated Stencil Printer to a fully-functional state-free of defects. The contractor shall provide the following at the same time or following the installation within 4 weeks of item delivery. (A001) 01. Electronic/Hard Copy manuals for all equipment in English. 02. User training at DMEA (minimum 16 hours, 4 people). 03. Training Documents/Materials for a minimum of 4 people. 04. A minimum of one Application Set Up. 3.2.4 Maintenance The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance functions at the time of setup. This includes inspection, setting and calibration of the machine, and any other tasks needed to properly maintain the machine. Contract Option(s): The contractor shall recommend and provide (which shall be established as separate contract line items) all preventative maintenance actions required for the equipment once a year for four (4) one-year option periods to start after the warranty period. All preventative maintenance for the equipment shall be carried out by the contractor during normal DMEA business hours. 3.2.5 Warranty: Commercially available warranty.
