The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55 Effective on January 1, 2013. The solicitation 0010463099 is issued as a Request for Quote. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 624410. The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $7 million. The Yellow Ribbon Family Program for the South Carolina Army National Guard needs Childcare Services July 26-27, 2014 for their Reintegration Event in North Charleston, SC. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. The contract will be awarded to lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is meeting all solicitation and performance work statement (PWS) requirements. The Place of Performance is TBD. For quoting this event, be sure to follow the Contract Line Item Structure listed below. Remember that the Government is a tax exempt organization and we are not able to pay service fees or gratuities. The rates quoted must be at or below the per diem rate without any addition fees.
