- Justification and Approval for Use of Other than Full and Open Competition No. M67400-FY14-SSBN-43 Solicitation No. M67400-14-T-0100 This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-14-T-0100 will be issued as a Request for Proposal on or after 09 May 2014. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, and DPN 20111207. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 922160 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001, 0002, and 0003. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. The followings are required for the Marine Corps installations in Iwakuni, Japan. CLIN 0001 Grate Nozzle 360 degree, 20" grate CLIN 0002 Grate Nozzle 180 degree, 20" grate CLIN 0003 Grate Nozzle 90 degree, 20" grate The Government intends to make a single order contract to responsible offeror which is the most advantageous to the Government. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Proposal), when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-14-T-0100. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than PM 12:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
