This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13 as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-73, DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20140506 and AFAC 2014-0421. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 334220 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Contracting Directorate, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following Firm Fixed Price supply: Brand Name (please see attached Brand Name letter), Makito SDI Encoder Appliance. No partial support responses will be accepted. This acquisition shall provide all resources for the following: Item: CLIN 0001 QTY: 3 Description: Makito Classic SDI Encoder (720p/1080i) Limited Appliance- HD/SD H.264 IP Video Encoder- HD-SDI, SD-SDI, Composite, S-Video Input; Up to 720p60/1080i30 HD Video; 150 kbps to 15 Mbps, 2 ch; Embedded AES digital or analog audio input; 10/100/1000 Ethernet; SVDC w 90-240 External Power with Locking Connector. Part No. S-290E-SDI-M Place of services/performance, is FOB Destination - Edwards AFB, CA 93524. Please submit the following information with each quote: Cage Code, DUNS number, Delivery Time, and Date offer expires. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Only the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror will be requested to provide the Makito Classic SDI Encoder.
