- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Northern Regional Contracting Office, Womack Army Medical Center intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to ISTO Tech 1155 Olivette Executive PKWY Ste 200 Saint Louis, MO 63132-3255 with NAICS code 339112. This requirement is for a Bone graft. No compatibles or substitutes will be accepted, this product is considered all or NONE.
