Description

The St. Anthony Bunkhouse Project consists of all work necessary design, construct, deliver, and install a 4 bedroom modular bunkhouse building: designing and constructing a permanent foundation for the modular building; installing and connecting utility infrastructure, including water, natural gas, sewer and electric to the building; installing a new natural gas system; installing a new sewer line; constructing covered access ramps; constructing concrete sidewalks; and completing final site grading. This project also consists of completing required earthwork and finish grading to construct a level pad for the building. Optional items may include an aggregate or asphalt parking lot for the bunkhouse. The project is located at 499 N. 2400 E. in St. Anthony, Fremont County, Idaho. This requirement is being solicited as a Firm-Fixed Price Request For Proposal (RFP). The performance period for the completion of the project is 180 calendar days. Proposals are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, June 24, 2014. The estimated price range is $250,000 to $500,000. The solicitation will be available on approximately May 23, 2014, and may be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
