Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NASA/GRC requires a Yokogawa Scopecorder DL850E Oscilloscope and parts for the use of development and testing of motors for Aerospace applications. The Yokogawa is unique in its independent isolation of input channel voltages which enables the measurement of voltages mid-circuit (something regular oscilloscopes cannot do), keeps the device from interfering with the motor and its electronics, and reduces signal noise thus improving measurement quality. The DL850E has an option to provide power to up to four current measurement probes which avoids needed separate additional amplifiers for each probe. Furthermore, it is also unique in its ability to simultaneously sample 16 channels of simultaneous sampled data from an oscilloscope and process signals externally. The Yokogawa Scopecorder provides all functions and specifications required. The specifications are as follows: 1. 16 channel oscilloscope to capture, measure, and analyze motor and generator system signals. 2. Individually isolated and shielded input channels. Required for motor and power electronics measurements because they enable measurement at any point within the circuit. Required to avoid typical oscilloscope grounded reference requirements. 3. Precise, highly accurate, low noise measurement of high switching frequency signals. 4. 16 channel simultaneous sampling at 12-bit resolution and at 100 million samples per second. 5. Data acquisition capabilities to record 8 channels for two seconds at 100 million samples per second to internal flash memory. 6. Modular input options for measurement of various other signals such as strain and vibration. 7. Mass internal storage for continuous streaming multiple simultaneously-sampled channels of data to disk at 1 million samples per second or less. 8. Capability to export signal data in different formats such as text and Matlab to a PC to analyze. 9. Math functions to perform FFTs, arithmetic, time shift and to calculate integrated, active, and average power. Instrument should also be able to calculate power factor and signal harmonics. 10. Real time waveform display. 11. Ability to save waveforms and view them from history. 12. Multiple channel filtering options. 13. Oscilloscope functionality to zoom in on signals by changing x and y axis display samplings and ranges. 14. Capability to trigger on input signals and save waveforms and screenshots to internal memory automatically. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the following Yokogawa DL-850E Scopecorder and parts: 1.Qty 1 Yokogawa DL850-E-d-HE/G2/G5/HD1/P4 DL850E Main Unit, 250 MPts Memory -UL, CSA Standard Power Cord -English Help messages -User-Defined Computation -Power Math Function (includes /G3) -Internal HDD (500GB) -Four Probe Power Outputs 2.Qty 4 720210 High-speed, 100MS/s, 12-bit, isolated inputs (2 channels) 3.Qty 2 701250 High-speed, 10 MS/s, 12-bit, isolated inputs (2 channels) 4.Qty 1 M1223UDA01 HFI Product Certificate of Conformance 5.Qty 1 M1223UDA02 ScopeCorder: one time NIST calibration w/certificate- 4 modules/8 channels 6.Qty 4 700929 Passive Probe, 100Vp CAT2, 100MHz. 10:1, 10 MΩ, 1.5m, Isolated Probe 7.Qty 1 701930 Current Probe, 150Arms, DC-10MHz, 1%/2%, 100A:1V, 1.0m, 20mm max cond.
