Description
The Wilmington Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WVAMC) intends to award a contract for services needed for Electronic Message Communication Board content management subscription service. This will be for the Base Year and Four (4) Option Years. DescriptionUnit# of Units Monthly subscription for the ECMB that will enable to WVAMC to provide electronic message content to the electronic boards installed at the medical center. Content to include: scrolling news, sports, weather that is continually updated. Daily "canned" video content for healthy living messages that are health care related. 15 work/safety health care related content (videos) monthly. Unlimited customization for in-house messaging using photos, text, PowerPoint, web, and video content. "Ticker Tape" messaging content management. Calendar based scheduling to pre-program message content. Ability to interface/web based content (YouTube) Month12 Ongoing training, mentoring and review of finished work product to assure compliance with VA requirements for a period of 1 year. The contractor will work directly with Public Affairs staff to provide comprehensive training program for content management/deployment. In addition to the training, the contractor will be required to be on station for at least twenty to 40 hours in order to establish onsite content management training determined by the needs of the department in collaboration with WVAMC Leadership. Once established the contractor will be required to be on site quarterly for at least 8 hours training as needed and determined by WVAMC leadership. Contractor will also be available as needed via phone/internet for technical support trouble shooting problems. These calls will be with leadership, individual Public Affairs staff or designee for training and mentoring, problem trouble shooting, and system content management. Software/Hardware system updates will be provided at no additional charge during course of the contract.JOB1 ?
