Description

Responses to Questions from Draft RFP Attached are the comments to the draft RFP. The final RFP will be posted shortly. Should there by any conflicts between the final RFP and this document, the final RFP will prevail. The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) thanks you for your interest in the Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Learning Capabilities Integration Center (LCIC), Learning Asset Development, Sustainment, and Support (LADSS) Program acquisition. MDA is the contracting activity for this acquisition. This is a DAU requirement and not an MDA requirement. Written comments/questions on the DRFP concerning this acquisition (including, but not limited to, management/technical issues, pricing issues, and proposal issues) must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer, Mr. Brad Jacobs. Pursant to FAR 3.104 communications with anyone other than Mr. Jacobs are inappropriate during this on-going acquisition.
