Description
SSA Show Low, AZ - Expanded Delineated Area The purpose of this Modification is to expand the delineated area and to extend the ad response deadline. The delineated area is expanded as follows: 1. From the intersection of E. Woolford and White Mountain Rd., south on White Mountain Rd., no farther than Pine Oaks Dr.; and 2. From the intersection of E. Deuce of Clubs and E. Old Linden Rd., north on E. Old Linden Rd., no farther than North 6th St. The ad response deadline is extended until May 23, 2015. Project No. 3AZ0218 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: AZ City: Show Low Delineated Area: Starting at 2500 E Cooley, go west a short distance to S Penrod Rd, north on S Penrod Rd to E Deuce of Clubs, west on E Deuce of Clubs to W Whipple St, east on W Whipple St to E Woolford Rd, east on E Woolford Rd until dead end at Show Low Creek. Continue north on State Highway 260 to E Deuce of Clubs. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,820 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,820 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 surface Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street. •Efficient use of space: configuration (space should be no more than twice as long as it is wide), size, number, and placement of columns (columns must be at least 20' from any interior wall and from each other, and be no more than 2' square). •First floor or upper floor contiguous space (on one floor) with a minimum of two accessible elevators. One accessible elevator may serve as a freight elevator. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
