- Attachment 3, Green Procurement Pamphlet Attachment 2, SCA Wage Determination Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation FA4613-14-R-0009 S Y N O P S I S Solicitation Number: FA4613-14-R-0009 Cooking Hoods and Ducts Cleaning and Maintenance Services NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this effort. The effective performance start date for this requirement will be 01 October 2014. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of "Cooking Hoods and Ducted Exhaust Systems Cleaning and Maintenance." The Government anticipates soliciting for the award of a Firm Fixed Price Performance-based Service Contract. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 561790, with a size standard of $7.0 million. The scope of work primarily consists of, but is not limited to, providing all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to inspect, clean, test and perform preventive maintenance on cooking hoods and ducted exhaust systems located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base and fifteen Missile Alert Facilities (MAFs) located in Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. The Period of Performance shall consist of a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. This proposed contract is being set-aside as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The government is interested in all small businesses including 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Women Owned Small Businesses, and Small Disadvantaged Business that are interested in performing this requirement.
