Arbitrary waveform generators SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determinin g if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Se t - Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 334515 which has a corresponding Size standard of 500 Employees. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Vetera n- Owned, HUBZon e, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS cod e. Additionall y, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangement s, along with a description of similar products offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partner s. 2. Description of Required Supplies: This acquisition is 3 Each Racal Instruments Arbitrary WaveForm Generators PART # 408179-W3W3. With the following salient required features: VXI Chassis compatible, 2 channel in a single slot card. Generation Capabilities: Sine (100 MHz) THD < 0.1% to 100 kHz < MHz - 50 dBc Square (100 MHz) 0-90% Duty Cycle 5ns Rise Fall time FM, PM, Pulse Width Modulation PWM generated signals that can be read from a software loaded file. Output Amplitude control: Up to 32 Vpk-pk, Accuracy 1% +25mV over 1 to 15 V pk-pk. Offset Control 5 Volts DC Output impedance 50 Ohm+/- 1% Selectable low pass filter Memory 512k Points Connections: BNC 50 Ohm: Main, Syc, Trig SMB 50 Ohm: Clock In, 10 MHz In 3. The Government requests interested parties to submit a brief statement of their capability to meet the above required supplies. Please limit your submissions to responses to these questions.
