- Synopsis Template Estimated issue date and estimated closing/response date - 22 May 2014 / 23 June 2014 PR# - FD2030-14-01170 Nomenclature/Noun - Pipe, Exhaust NSN - 1560011326730FL PN - 65-10501-43 Application (Engine or Aircraft) - KC-135 AMC - 1G Description: Tailpipe assy controls exhaust flow to provide engine thrust Requested Delivery: For Minimum Qty of 6, 2 each per month beginning on or before 30 MAR 2015 Mandatory Language: (Notes such as local notes, Ombudsman, etc) Drawing will be available when the solicitation is issued. First Article Applicable Your company must be "EXPORT CONTROLLED" certified in order to receive and view the drawings for the solicitation. If your company intends to become export control certified there is a website for registration, the website is www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/. Your company is also REQUIRED to be "RIGHTS GUARD" certified in order to receive drawings when the solicitation is released. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
