Description

The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) requires community-based outpatient clinic (CBOC) services providing Primary Care and Office Space for the Veterans Administration Staffed Mental Health Services in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans, in the city of Goshen, Indiana (Elkhart County). Primary medical care services shall be provided at the contractor's clinic for approximately 3,500 eligible veterans. The contract period will be for one (1) year from the operational date of the facility, with four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. NAICS Code 621498 applies with a size standard of $19.0M. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document will be available on or about 9 June 2014.
