Description

The Danville Illiana Health Care System, VA Medical Center, 1900 E. Main Street, Danville, Illinois intents to negotiate with Darmac Quality Inspection, 760 200TH ST, DRESSER,WI 54009-4511 to provide annual low pressure fire tube boiler inspections. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide all the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. No Phone Calls
