- Attachment J.9 - List of Government Property Attachment J.8 - Initial Environmental Examination Attachment J.1 - Mandatory Budget Template Request for Proposal - SOL-667-14-000002 Dear Potential Offerors: The United States Government, represented by U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), East Africa Regional Mission, is seeking a Contractor to provide the services in Sudan as stipulated in the attached Request For Proposal (RFP). Subject to availability of funds, USAID anticipates awarding cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort (term form) three-year base contract, with two option periods of one year each, for the services specified herein to implement Toward Enduring Peace in Sudan Program (TEPS) as fully described in Section C of this solicitation. The government estimate for this contract is $22-24 million. Offerors are invited to submit proposals in accordance with the requirements specified in Section L of this RFP. Any proposal not received by the designated officials at the e-mail addresses listed below by the closing date and time specified will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.215-1. Proposals and modifications thereto, must be sent via e-mail attachments to jsimpson@usaid.gov and awanjiru@usaid.gov by the closing date. Hard Copy and Facsimile submission of proposals are not authorized and will not be accepted. Any questions regarding this RFP should be made in writing and sent to Jarrod Simpson via e-mail at jsimpson@usaid.gov and Annastasia Wanjiru at awanjiru@usaid.gov no later than the questions due date and time specified above. In addition to regularly checking the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website for important new information, potential Offerors are encouraged to register to receive email notifications by going to the FBO page for Toward Enduring Peace in Sudan Program (TEPS), click on the "Watch This Opportunity" link, registering for an account to login, and following the instructions.
