- Scope of Work-Waste Disposal Dumpster Pick Up W-9 Vendor Questionnaire This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement Opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. for Waste Disposal We are currently soliciting bids for a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) for the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Our option begins June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014. Please see below the scope of work and service: Scope of Work: Waste Disposal Dumpster Pick-up Rate: 1. Empty (1) 8 Yard Dumpster Cafeteria (6 days/wk) based on a monthly rate. 2. Empty (1) 8 Yard Dumpster Academics (2 days/wk) based on a monthly rate. 3. Empty (1) 8 Yard Dumpster SIB Area (5 days/wk) based on a monthly rate.
