Description

Scope of Work-Quarterly Grease Trap Cleaning W-9 Vendor Questionnaire This is a Blanket Purchase Order Opportunity with Adams & Associates, Inc. for Grease Trap Cleaning. We are currently soliciting bids for a Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) for the Gadsden Job Corps Center. Our option begins June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014 Please see below the scope of work and service: Scope of Work: Grease Trap Cleaning: Pumping of 1,000 gallon grease trap located beside center cafeteria on a quarterly basis. This will include pumping out and deodorizing as well as scraping of the trap as needed.
