- DARPA-BAA-14-37 DARPA is seeking innovative solutions that will expand the knowledge base and design capabilities for the Aircrew Labor In-cockpit Automation System (ALIAS) program. The goal of the ALIAS program is to design, develop, and demonstrate an automation toolset that enables operation of multiple types of existing manned aircraft with reduced onboard crew. ALIAS intends to foster enhanced humanmachine collaboration for reduced workload, improved safety, and new mission capabilities.
