Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA786-14-R-0178 for the following service at Ft Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis, MN: The intent of an awarded contract shall be to replace all existing reinforced and unreinforced concrete storm inlet covers and associated cast iron coverings and framing. The work also includes mirror repair and grouting and alteration as needed to the existing catch basin structures and the through vacuuming and cleaning of all catch basins, including the removal and replacement of drainage gravel. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide repairs and replacement of storm drain inlet structures and castings as indicated and specified at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 238990. Size standard is $14Million. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about May 15, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due by noon EST on Friday, May 30, 2014. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments. Information shall be submitted in the manner requested in FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS. Failure to submit all documentation required as required so may result in your submission being determined technically non-responsive and removed from further consideration.
