QMAA-FK-140009-D Anticipated Models List AutoBid Vendor Instructions **INTERESTED PARTIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REQUEST AUTOBID ACCOUNTS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BELOW** The General Services Administration (GSA) is the primary source for motor vehicles for Federal Executive Agencies and the Department of Defense (DOD). GSA Automotive purchases an estimated 40,000 new model year non-tactical vehicles for Federal Executive Agencies and DOD annually. GSA will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for 2015 Right-Hand-Drive (RHD) Vans, Light Trucks, SUVs and Sedans for Japanese Use to be built in accordance with the forthcoming Federal Purchase Description for Japanese Use Vehicles. Prospective offerors must meet the minimum requirements as cited in the Federal Purchase Description. The contract type contemplated is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (FFP/IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is one base year with one (1) twelve-month option period. It is not anticipated this acquisition will be set-aside for small business concerns; however, all qualified small business concerns will be encouraged to submit offers. This acquisition will be classified under NAICS code 336111 - Automobile Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standards can be found at http://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf. Anticipated evaluation factors are: Technical Capability, Management Capability, Past Performance, and Price. Prospective Offerors: 1.Prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to obtain a user name/password and indicate interested models for GSA's secure online proposal application (AutoBid) prior to issuance of this solicitation. All requests for AutoBid accounts must be received no later than five business days after the issuance of the solicitation. A user name and password is obtained by submitting the solicitation number, company's name, valid DUNS number, address, business size, user's name, telephone number, fax, email, and vehicle makes/models that will be offered to automotiveedi.partnerships@gsa.gov. AutoBid will NOT open for prospective vendors until the solicitation is issued. For additional information please see the attached "AutoBid Vendor Instructions". Anticipated makes/models are included as part of this pre-solicitation notice. Please utilize this list when requesting interested makes/models. The models identified are not all-inclusive of those that meet the minimum requirements of the Federal Purchase Description. Equivalent models that meet the minimum requirements may also be offered. The finalized Federal Purchase Description will be included with the solicitation issuance. 2.AutoBid account information will be provided within ten (10) business days of your request. Please request user name and password prior to the issuance of the solicitation to avoid delays. 3.Valid and current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system is required. Please visit www.sam.gov for more information. 4.The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is May 22, 2014. AutoBid will not be opened until the solicitation is issued. 5.A pre-proposal conference will NOT be held after issuance of the solicitation. Specific instructions for submitting questions related to this acquisition will be included with the solicitation package. We encourage interested firms to register on the Interested Vendors List in FedBizOpps under the solicitation number. All announcements or changes to the intended publication date, the solicitation, and any other information concerning this acquisition will be conveyed via the FedBizOpps website.
