- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for Wild Horse Corrals Janitorial Services within the vicinity of Burns district area of responsibility. The performance period is from June 01, 2014 through May 31, 2019. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options.
