End of Amendment 001 ***************************************************** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Attached SF 1449 based solicitation. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFP are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-68 (06/26/2013) and are available in full text through Internet access at http://www.acquisition.gov.far. The U.S. Forest Service encourages the participation disadvantaged, service disabled, and women-owned business enterprises. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 532420 and the small business size standard is $30 million. All responsible business concerns may submit an offer which will be considered by the Forest Service. The Government requires performance of the work described in these documents to provide leasing of five (5) photocopiers as per the attached SF 1449. The Government anticipates the award of a fixed-price contract. The estimated price range for this procurement initial year plus four (4) option year renewals is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Offers are due for this combined synopsis/solicitation on May 21, 2013 at 2:00 pm Atlantic Time and shall be delivered by the specified time to USFS - IITF, 1201 calle Ceiba, Jardin Botánico Sur, San Juan, PR 00926-1119. Facsimile proposals will NOT be accepted. Proposals may be submitted electronically to ameliadavila@fs.fed.us. All Offerors shall be registered at the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) to be eligible for award.
