Description

This is public notice of the VA's intent to exercise the five-year option associated with Lease VA262-R-0939 for the period August 1, 2015 thru July 21, 2020. The space is 10,213 rentable square located at 9645 Scranton Road, Ste. 120, San Diego, CA 92121 and used for medical administration purposes. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocated, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
