Description

This is a notice of intent that Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) anticipates issuing a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to for the repair of two rotary joint assemblies that are used by the USAF. a) NSN: 5985-01-522-6376CW P/N: 1905A Noun: COUPLER, ROTARY, RADIO b) NSN: 5985-01-593-8954CW P/N: 1905CF Noun: COUPLER, ANTENNA Delivery Schedule: a) 266 Days after Contract Award; early delivery is acceptable b) 84 Days after Contract Award; early delivery is acceptable Duration of Contract: All services to be furnished under the anticipated resultant contract shall be deemed complete when the repaired items are returned/accepted by the Government as meeting the require form, fit and function. Destination: The anticipated destination information is as follows: DODAAC: SW3211 DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma 3301 F AVE CEN REC BLDG 506 DR 22 TINKER AFB OK 73145-8000 Source(s): The intended sources for this acquisition is Continental Microwave And Tool Co., Inc. (DBA: Cobham Antenna Systems & Microwave Components) (CAGE: 66544), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, due to the data needed to complete contract repair is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the repair for a competitive solicitation.
