- Description
- Correction to Question 6 Answer: Question: Gift Card Purchase - will NIOSH immediately (based upon standard government invoice procedures) process an invoice for the gift cards upon award of the project? Otherwise, the contractor is being requested to spend $12,500 and wait until the surveys are completed for reimbursement. This may pose an unrealistic hardship on small business owners to advance this amount of funds and wait until completion for reimbursement. Corrected Answer: Each completed survey will also come with a card that has been disbursed. So, on a weekly basis, the contractor could FedEx us the completed surveys along with the corresponding gift card disbursement racking sheet that should correspond with the surveys. Your invoice could be weekly and could include the payment for completed surveys and disbursed gift card for that designated time period. However the contractor wants to set it up.
