- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Sheridan, Oregon, plans to issue a Request for Quote, #RFQP06121400019, for the provision of Grease Pumping, Servicing, and Disposal of Grease from Grease Traps. The services will be provided to the Federal Correctional Institution Sheridan. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit price. The award will be made to the responsible company or individual who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors and contractor's past performance. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year and four one-year option periods. The estimated quantities for the base year and each option period are approximately 20,000 Gallons of grease. A site inspection will be offered. The solicitation will be available on or about Tuesday, May 20, 2014, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on June 16, 2014, at 12:00 p.m. local time. Faith-Based and Community-Based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
