Description
Amendment 003 (A003) Questions and Answers (Bold) Qand A regarding RFP-PO201491166 Desk Study: For Worldwide - Power Transmission Distribution and Smart Grid Application: Q1. Is USTDA planning on awarding the desk study work to a sole vendor or is it possible that multiple vendors may be selected (i.e. one vendor with (3), another with (2), another with (2))? A1) 1 award Q2. Is the contract for up to 7 project reviews or up to 7 desk studies with multiple project reviews per study? A2) Each desk study is 1 project review. Q3. Will all communications be in English or will interpreter services be required? A3) It is anticipated that communication will be in English. Q4. Should USDTA determine travel is required - what costs, in addition to normal travel expenses will USTDA reimburse? Will USTDA reimburse the costs of interpreter services and security? Will USTDA reimburse for contractor time during travel or should this time be included in the fixed price proposal? A4) We do not anticipate any security requirements. Interpretation can be reimbursed if required. Labor is not part of travel expenses. Q5. Will the Contractor have the ability to decline to travel for safety concerns? A3) If travel safety is concern communication between Contracting Officer and COR will make a determination before travel an decide alternative or postponement. Q6.
