No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia Contracts Office is seeking, for information and planning purposes, qualified and experienced sources interested in providing a totally electronic accessible (Internet-based) non-government standards subscription for Department of Defense (DoD) architecture and engineering staff beginning September 30, 2014.
