- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6685-01-309-5768, Transmitter, Pressure,in accordance with Pall Aeropower CAGE 18350 P/N AC-B741-24D30-Y1. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 5 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 1 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 25 EA. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the B-2 Bomber (ATB) Aircraft. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is May 28, 2014. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
