Exhibit D Exhibit C Exhibit B Exhibit A Solicitation Specifications & Plans The US Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District, is soliciting for a design/build construction contract for the construction of a concrete and masonry approach apron structure at the Unit 10 powerhouse and design/build a replacement footbridge at the New Power Plant, located at the Soo Locks, Sault Ste Marie, Michigan. Please refer to the attached documents for detailed information. A preproposal conference will be scheduled during the Phase 1 solicitation period via amendment. General Information: This project is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 237990. The small business size standard for this requirement is $33.5 million. A contract award is expected in September 2014.
