- SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-14-R-1888; NSN 6695-01-443-9333; PR: 1000024015; ITEM: Transducer, Motional; IAW Meggitt (Orange County), Inc. (CAGE 95411), part number 6222S-100A. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 73 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 48 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 12 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is May 28, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
